The journey into mother hood is scary sometimes and as your doula I will be there to provide you comfort, ease your anxiety, hold your hand, and be your advocate when necessary. What the process looks like…..

So you filled out the contact form! I will be in touch with you within 72 hours

Lets set up a virtual consultation or meet up in person. During this meeting, we’ll get the opportunity to get to know each other, discuss your birth preferences, ask questions, and determine if there's a good fit between us.

Contract is signed, deposit is paid and you’re on my schedule!

Depending on where you are in your pregnancy we will schedule your future prenatal meetings. Starting around 25 weeks and then around 35 weeks.

You’re in labor, your feeling prepared, confident and excited to meet your baby! You let me know when you are ready for my support and I come and stay with you until baby is earthside and you feel settled in.

Your home and settling into your new life with a newborn. I come with a shoulder to cry on, an ear to listen and hands to help! We’ll go over your birth, breastfeeding, babywearing, I’ll set up your herbal bath and we can go over whatever is needed for you.
This isn’t the end! Postpartum is forever and as my client I’ll be doing mental health check ins over the next year. You are always welcome to reach out to me!
